"Colours of the Rainbow"
Here is some of Ty's artwork from this afternoon. He calls it "Colours of the Rainbow".

Clearly a work of art!
This is very timely, as I have to write a 2500 word paper on “How should the decision about whether a thing is or is not a work of art be made?” for my philosphy course.
I think I am proposing that a thing is "art" if the creator says it is. (As opposed to the viewer).
But I have to write quite a few words, so any suggestions?
